My one-to-many engagements include speaking, training and facilitation.

Speaking:

I speak at many functions from organisational staff meetings, business functions, conferences and network meetings. My engaging delivery and interesting content combine to hold the attention of any audience from a dozen to 200.

Training, Seminars & Workshops:

My background as an award-winning teacher and successful school principal helps me connect with participants at their level.Knowing how to engage, indeed training and mentoring on the skills of engagement, is my bread and butter, and is well used in my own training style.

I have expertise in training coaching skills and leadership skills, while I also am engaged by Solutions IT and their clients to train in the cutting edge school portal technology, Scholaris.

Facilitation:

In many ways, facilitation is a form of coaching to a group. Largely content free, the skill of a facilitator is in drawing together the collective learning and insight from a group. My expertise is in leadership facilitation – particularly in assisting leadership teams to integrate diverse personalities and skills, reflect upon individual and organisational feedback and to build a pathway to a solutions-focused future.
