One 2 One

smallercroppedprofileMy expertise in engagement allows me to be an expert coach and mentor.

Confused about the difference?

Coaching is content free – as the coach, all I do is facilitate your ability to think, reflect, find clarity and insight. A good coach will also help hold you accountable to your strategy for growth or change, and indeed to your potential.

Mentoring allows for the injection of knowledge and prior experience. As a mentor, I allow the consideration of this experience and knowledge, yet allow the ‘mentee’ to process and shape this into their own solution. ‘Old-style’ mentors would say “This worked for me, so you should do it too.” My mentoring style is much more “This worked for me/others I’ve worked with, how does this shape your solution?” Hence, more a mix of traditional mentoring and contemporary coaching.

I have particular niche experience that advantages my one-on-one clients:

Leadership: creating a thriving organisational culture, engaging direct reports, managing people

Relationships: enhancing social engagements, improving dating success

Parenting: creating relationships with your children that survive the teenage years, inspiring the desire to learn in children, parenting skills for 5-88 year old children

Teaching: creating the desire to learn in students, creating thriving classrooms, managing student behaviour

MLM: creating downline organisations that love you and your leadership
